We love getting outside! As part of our team building program, we organize a few yearly events where everyone gets a chance to blow off steam and meet as a group outside of work.

Last fall, we explored the Ganaraska Forest on dirt bikes! Our friends at Trail Tours provided instruction and let us rip it up on the trails.

Site Superintendent

About the job

Grove Inc. is an exciting project management firm with a passion for translating their clients’ visions into reality. With a specialty in the development and construction of boutique residential condominiums, Grove Inc. provides complete project management and construction management services to developers and property owners.

THE ROLE

A minimum of 5 years experience as a construction site supervisor in mid-rise or high-rise construction is required for this position that involves the day to day managing of the construction of mid-rise condominiums and other construction projects. The site superintendent will be responsible for the safety and overall success of his or her assigned projects and will work in a project team with project managers and coordinators.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing budgets, construction schedules, reviewing bids, ensuring that work conforms to drawings and specifications and enforcing adherence to health and safety policies as well as overseeing and managing the daily activities of an active site.

Project Manager - Construction

With a specialty in the development and construction of boutique residential condominiums, Grove Inc. provides complete project management and construction management services to developers and property owners.

THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented individual to lead our newest condominium project.

A degree in Engineering would be preferable for this position which requires the day to day managing of the development and construction of a mid-rise condominium. Responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing budgets, construction schedules, preparing tenders, reviewing bids and contracts, reviewing health and safety concerns as well as overseeing and managing the daily activities of an active site.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience as a construction project manager and experience working with Bluebeam, Procore and Microsoft Project.

This position offers a salary range between 100k – 150K, benefits and flexible hours.
