Built and designed by renowned Toronto developer Robert Mitchell as an ode to Frank Lloyd Wright’s falling water, Falling Brook fits perfectly within the fabric of Toronto’s beaches neighbourhood.

This beautiful building holds 44 uniquely designed residential condominium suites and several boutique businesses on the ground floor. It also is host to a variety of environmentally conscious design elements such as an extensive green roof and a geothermal heating system.

The building was completed in 2009 as is still considered by many (including the city of Toronto) as the poster child for future development along Kingston Road.
